Commercial Insurance Across the Miami Metro

Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Kendall, Coral Gables, Homestead and Fort Lauderdale

Based in Miami, serving businesses throughout Miami-Dade and into Broward, in English or Spanish.

Where I Work

Miami

My home base and the center of the market I serve most often. I work with contractors, restaurants, service businesses, property owners, and other commercial clients throughout Miami and Miami-Dade.

Hialeah

A strong small-business and contractor market where being able to explain commercial coverage clearly in Spanish can make the process much easier.

Doral

A heavily commercial area with service companies, trades, logistics-related businesses, offices, and other small employers.

Kendall

I work with retail, office, service, and trade businesses throughout the Kendall area and surrounding South Dade communities.

Coral Gables

Professional services, offices, retail, and other established small businesses make this a natural fit for commercial property, liability, and Business Owner’s Policy conversations.

Homestead

I serve contractors, agricultural businesses, service companies, and other commercial operations throughout Homestead and the southern Miami-Dade area.

Fort Lauderdale

I also work with businesses farther north into Broward, including Fort Lauderdale, when the coverage and market fit make sense.

Where I Am Licensed

STATE LICENSE NUMBER TYPE
Florida G280136 Resident License
Texas 3525214 Non-resident
South Carolina 21744065 Non-resident
North Carolina 21744065 Non-resident
Tennessee 3004322721 Non-resident
Georgia Non-resident
Alabama Non-resident

Florida is my resident state, and I also hold non-resident licenses in several other states. Insurance producer licensing is state-based, so the states where I am licensed determine where I can transact insurance. Producer licensing rules and verification are handled by the applicable state insurance regulators and national licensing systems. NAIC notes that producers generally need nonresident authority in other states where they intend to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance.

You can review general producer licensing information through the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

What This Means If You Operate in More Than One State

Insurance producer licensing is state-based, so a broker generally needs the appropriate authority in the state where insurance is being sold, solicited, or negotiated. If your business expands into another state, I need to make sure I am properly licensed there before placing or advising on that coverage.

Being licensed in multiple states can make things easier for a business that is growing across state lines because you may be able to keep working with the same broker instead of starting over each time you expand. If your risk falls in a state where I am not licensed, I will tell you that directly.

Operating in More Than One State?

Tell me where your business is based, where you have employees, vehicles, property, or active jobs, and what coverage you need. I can tell you where I am licensed to help and where another broker may be required.
